I just wanted to put in some form of words, our overwhelming delight and joy at the way you and your staff helped make last night 110% success... the way in which you dealt with us from the very moment we met, left me in no doubt that we made the right choice...and last night vindicated our decision to use you, it was a tremendously thoughtful professional nights work, which took lots of preparation. (You guys are very good at waht you do.)

I am sure during the course of the night, there may have been things that were not made clear to you by us (and if that is the case may I apologise Ali.) But you will be aware that it is not everyday you get married :-)

Everybody I spoke to said the food was delicious from starters to desserts... and the steel band was a real exquisite touch. The evening was a great success and I do not think you are fully aware as to how much you & your staff paid a part in that.
